Description

The Single Pulley with Mirror is an elegant, exceptionally compact solution for functional training and strength development. Its slim design allows it to be installed in limited spaces without restricting the variety of available exercises.

It features a 30 kg pneumatic resistance system with 10 selectable levels and 2.5 kg adjustment increments, allowing the training intensity to be changed quickly and easily. The pulley can be positioned at 28 different heights to accommodate various exercises and users.

The system supports both single and dual-pull operation. It provides a cable travel length of up to 3,000 mm in single-pull mode and up to 1,500 mm in dual-pull mode. This makes it suitable for a wide range of upper- and lower-body exercises, including presses, rows, arm curls and extensions, lateral raises, shoulder exercises, kickbacks and core exercises.

The integrated mirror allows users to monitor their posture and exercise technique during training while enhancing the appearance of the workout area. The Single Pulley with Mirror is an excellent choice for modern home gyms, personal training studios, hotels and compact fitness areas.
