Return Policy

In the event of an actual defect or lack of an agreed quality, the buyer is entitled, alternatively and at no charge, to:

a) repair of the product, or

b) replacement of the product, or

c) a price reduction proportionate to the defect, or

d) withdrawal from the sale.

The consumer has the right to request, at no charge, the repair or replacement of the product provided that:

The order has been fulfilled incorrectly, i.e. an item different from the one ordered is delivered, or an incorrect quantity, or a defective product, or damaged packaging.

The consumer contacts the store within 48 hours of receiving the product, by phone at 210 3000739, 231 1110189 or by email at megafitness@megafitness.gr, in order to report the issue and obtain approval for the return.

If the product does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be in its packaging, in the condition in which it was received.

In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.

Returns are carried out via the courier company indicated by the store to customers, and at the store’s expense.

Right of Withdrawal.

The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without being charged any costs, except for the return shipping costs.

This period begins from the receipt of the products. In the event the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided that:

It concerns a product for which there has NOT been a customized/special order, such as wedding rings, modifications, or a product that is not included in our catalogue.

The product has not been worn or used beyond trying it on; no links have been removed from watch bracelets and no alterations have been made to jewelry.

The store tags “megafitness” and the product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way. All accompanying documents of the product are returned, such as the warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase.

The product is sent in the packaging in which it was received. An email is sent to megafitness@megafitness.gr with the subject “return” and stating the order code.

The store “megafitness” bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store “megafitness” has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined based on the condition of the products, and to unilaterally proceed with a partial set-off of its claim against the customer’s claim.
