Description

The Professional Lat Pulldown & Seated Row Machine combines two essential pulling exercises in a single station, offering workout versatility and comprehensive back muscle training.

The Lat Pulldown exercise allows vertical pulling movements that primarily target the latissimus dorsi, while the Seated Row provides horizontal pulling movements to strengthen the middle and upper back. Both exercises also engage the biceps, with the core stabilizers helping maintain proper positioning throughout the movement.

The biomechanically designed movement path supports smooth and controlled motion during each repetition. The integrated 105 kg weight stack allows users to adjust resistance according to their strength level and training goals.

The reinforced frame is constructed from heavy-duty oval steel tubing with a cross-section of 100 × 50 × 3 mm, providing excellent stability and durability for the demands of daily commercial use. An integrated accessory holder adds convenience, while the machine is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 20957-2.
