Description

The Professional Abdominal Crunch Machine is designed for targeted and controlled abdominal training, providing stable support throughout the trunk flexion movement.

The seated position, anatomically contoured back pad, and fixed support points help users maintain proper positioning during exercise. The elevated handles provide a secure grip, while the lower leg support pads help keep the legs stable throughout the movement.

The plate-loaded resistance system allows users to adjust the resistance according to their training needs, with a maximum loading capacity of 200 kg. The seat, back pad, and contact points feature molded high-density polyurethane foam, providing comfortable and stable support during workouts.

The reinforced frame is constructed from heavy-duty oval steel tubing with a cross-section of 100 × 50 × 3 mm, offering robust construction and durability for the demands of daily commercial use. An integrated bottle holder adds convenience, while the machine is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 20957-1 and EN ISO 20957-2.
