Description

The Commercial Plate-Loaded Abdominal Crunch Machine is designed for powerful and controlled core training through a natural trunk-flexion movement.

Its seated position, supportive backrest and stable contact points help users maintain proper alignment throughout the exercise. Elevated handles provide a secure grip, while the lower support pads keep the legs stable during each repetition.

The plate-loaded resistance system allows the training load to be adjusted directly, with a maximum capacity of 200 kg for progressive and demanding workouts. The seat, backrest and contact pads feature high-density moulded polyurethane foam for stable and comfortable support.

Its reinforced frame is constructed from 100 × 50 × 3 mm oval steel tubing, providing the strength and durability required for daily commercial use. The machine includes an integrated bottle holder and is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 20957-1 and EN ISO 20957-2.
