Description

The 100 kg White Bumper Plate Set is a complete solution for weightlifting, functional strength training and progressive load development.

It includes eight plates in four weight increments: 2 × 5 kg, 2 × 10 kg, 2 × 15 kg and 2 × 20 kg. This combination provides flexibility when adjusting the total training load for different exercises and ability levels.

The plates are manufactured from durable SBR rubber, helping absorb impact and reduce noise during contact with the floor. A stainless-steel centre ring reinforces the bar contact point and allows each plate to be loaded and removed smoothly.

The standard 45 cm outside diameter maintains a consistent barbell starting height across all included weights. Their white finish gives the set a clean and contemporary appearance.
