Στο πρώτο στάδιο της παραγωγής, μετά τον καθαρισμό του δαπέδου με πεπιεσμένο νερό και αέρα, η εφαρμογή του θα γίνεται με κατανάλωση 0,150-0,200 kg / m2 στις περιοχές όπου θα εφαρμοστεί η επικάλυψη. Μετά την περιποίηση μετά την εφαρμογή του αρχικού τεμαχίου, το κοκκώδες υλικό SBR που έχει διάμετρο 1-3 ή 1-4 mm συνδέεται με το εισαγόμενο πολυπροπυλένιο πολυουρεθάνης (Binder) θα τοποθετηθεί στο γήπεδο με τη βοήθεια ειδικών μηχανών.
