Πότε μην ξεχάσετε την λίπανση του ιμάντα.
Η λίπανση του ιμάντα σε ένα διάδρομο γυμναστικής είναι μία εύκολη διαδικασία, μπορεί να γίνει από τον χρήστη του διαδρόμου και πρέπει να την κάνει ο ίδιος.
Η λίπανση γίνετε στο κάτω μέρος του ιμάντα τρεξίματος ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα, ανάλογα με την συχνότητας χρήσης του διαδρόμου και συνήθως κάθε 3 - 5 ώρες λειτουργίας.
Μην ξεχνάτε και όταν δεν χρησιμοποιείτε τον διάδρομο πρέπει να το λιπάνετε τουλάχιστον μία φορά το τρίμηνο.
Για την λίπανση του ιμάντα στο διάδρομο τρεξίματος χρησιμοποιείστε ένα από τα Spray σιλικόνης , διότι είναι εύκολα στην χρήση τους.
