A necessary condition for the initiation of mediation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products sold will be shipped, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you wish to be used to better serve you), your email address (e-mail address) etc. and in case you choose to make your payments by credit card and its number and expiry date.
The company, strictly following the principles of the protection of personal data provided by the relevant laws and international conventions, will not proceed with any unfair use and without your prior approval. Megafitness.gr in no way discloses, publicizes, sells, exchanges the personal information and information you entrust to us. Exceptionally, your personal information may be made public by the company, always following the procedure prescribed by law when this is imposed by a Public Authority, a court, etc.
Megafitness.gr reserves the right to inform its suppliers with sales statistics, but in no case will they contain personal information that could lead to the identification of individuals.
The products sold by Megafitness.gr are manufactured to be available in the European region and have all the necessary certificates and guarantees. The technical characteristics and other details of the products sold are available and you can find them by following the search instructions listed on our websites by "clicking" on the name of the corresponding product.
The company undertakes to repair the device free of charge in case of damage due solely to a manufacturing fault. The warranty covers the cost of parts and labor. The replacement or not of the spare parts is at the discretion of the company's technicians. Device replacement is excluded.
The device is repaired at the service-repair area of the company or the authorized representative. Any costs for repair outside this area are borne by the customer.
Also, the costs of transporting the device to the service-repair area from the customer's location and vice versa, are borne by the customer.
Any damage is repaired within a reasonable period of time. Any claim for compensation due to delay in repairing damage due to force majeure is excluded.
This warranty does NOT cover the following cases:
• When the device is used for professional use such as in gyms, physical therapy centers, etc.
• When an attempt has been made to repair the damage by a person not authorized for this purpose.
• When the damage comes from bad assembly, use and bad electrical installation, e.g. cut cables, poor fitting of components, voltage fluctuations in the PPC network.
• Parts damaged by user fault such as broken plastic parts, worn belt from incorrect adjustment, incorrect or insufficient lubrication, damage during movement of the machine.
• Components such as: mats, drive belts, transformers, cables, floors and side steps are considered consumables and are not covered by warranty.
In case you need our help for the maintenance of a machine you have purchased from us or simply some technical information, we are always at your disposal. Just call 24410 20282 and ask for our technical services or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will serve you as soon as possible.
After placing your order, you are automatically sent an e-mail to review your order. Within two (2) working days, our specialized staff will contact you either by phone or by e-mail to accept your order and the shipping details. If it is not possible to contact you, the order remains pending for one week, after which your order is automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Megafitness.gr has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an e-mail to email@example.com or fax to 24410 75788. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the dispatch of your order. After this time point cancellation is not possible.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
Next to the prices is always indicated whether or not they include VAT.
These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while Megafitness.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices.
When there are reasons for reduced VAT (islands and professionals) Megafitness.gr automatically adjusts the VAT rate.
PRODUCT RETURNS Conditions
- Returns of goods are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and after consultation with our company.
- The returned goods must be in excellent condition and their original packaging must not have been altered - damaged or added.
- The product is sent at your expense, in its original condition and packaging, enclosing a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.
- In the case of Megafitness.gr's fault, if the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s). or to refund the amount via bank deposit.
- In the event that a defective product is delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible regarding the product and the problem encountered.
- In the event of repeated returns or in the event that Megafitness.gr, at its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right to return or is acting in bad faith, reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
- The acceptance of a product return is considered temporary until the existence of a problem is confirmed by technicians of the manufacturers with which the company cooperates and final after the inspection, with the issuance of a credit.
- In this case you will contact us as soon as possible where we will inform you about the return process and you, for your part, the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your order, the person in charge will check the condition of the product and then guide you on what to do next. If you wish to exchange the product for another one, we would recommend that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.
- In case the product violates the terms of returns and is deemed unsuitable for return, then it will be returned to the customer. Transportation will be borne by him.
- You can send the product to us by following the following procedure:
Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping or use the box you received your order in.
Place inside the package a document in which you notify us of the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is considered suitable for return, or the new product you want us to send you, in case of a change.
The product is shipped at your expense.
Megafitness.gr reserves the right to cancel or modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Megafitness.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it makes available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. However, in the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it.
