All products are suitable for use within the EU and come with the necessary certifications and warranties.
The warranty covers:
Free repair in case of manufacturing defects,
Parts and labor costs, carried out only in authorized service centers.
The warranty does not cover:
Products used in professional environments (e.g., gyms, physiotherapy centers),
Repairs by unauthorized persons,
Damage due to improper assembly, use, or electrical faults,
Consumable parts (belts, running decks, cables, plastic covers, etc.).
Transport costs to and from the service center are covered by the customer.
After placing an order:
you will receive an automatic email confirmation,
within 2 business days our team will contact you via phone or email to confirm acceptance and shipping details.
If communication is not possible, the order remains pending for 7 days and is then automatically canceled.
Orders may be canceled until the moment you are notified of shipment.

Prices are displayed with or without VAT, as indicated.
The company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
Reduced VAT rates (e.g., for islands or professionals) are applied automatically.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, after prior agreement.
Conditions: items must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and receipt/invoice included.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the fault lies with Megafitness.gr.
Upon approval, you will receive a credit note or refund via bank transfer.
Faulty products are inspected by authorized technicians before final acceptance.
Megafitness.gr reserves the right to decline returns in cases of abuse or repeated requests.
Megafitness.gr is not liable for defects caused by suppliers or improper product use.
In case of defective products, customers retain the right of return/replacement.
